DMCA Policy

1. Respect for Intellectual Property

Quenq.co respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code. We require our users and visitors to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Embedded Content (Iframes)

Please note that Quenq.co acts primarily as a directory and gaming aggregator. We do not host the actual game files, assets, or databases on our own servers. The majority of the playable games on our site are embedded via HTML iframe code provided by authorized third-party HTML5/WebGL game distribution networks (such as CrazyGames, GameDistribution, and GameFlare).

If you represent a copyright holder (e.g., Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive) and believe an embedded game infringes upon your copyright, we will gladly remove the iframe link from our directory immediately upon request. However, removing the embed from our site will not remove the game from the internet. You must contact the original third-party host/server distributing the game files to have the content permanently taken down.

3. Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or linked to on Quenq.co in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity (e.g., the specific URL of the page on Quenq.co where the iframe or link is located).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted or linked was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. It must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Quenq.co has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users, contributors, or third-party sources who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
